Contents

This policy explains how Lukas Toys SRL processes data when you use the Oratio website, our applications and games, or when you contact us.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Lukas Toys SRL, a company registered in Romania and the operator of the Oratio ecosystem.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, use the contact form on the website and select the Privacy category.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the following services:

  • the Oratio website and its contact forms;
  • Oratio games and applications published by Lukas Toys SRL;
  • associated analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and in-app purchase services.

3. Data stored locally by Oratio games

Oratio games may store information locally that is necessary for their operation, including:

We do not associate this data with a personal Oratio account, and it is not sent to an Oratio-owned cloud-save server. Android may include the application's local files in a Google-account backup or device-to-device transfer, depending on operating-system settings. The backup is controlled by Google and the user.

Local data can be deleted through Reset progress, by clearing the application's data in Android, or by uninstalling the application. Copies held in an Android backup must be managed through the user's Google account settings.

  • unlocked and completed levels and rewards;
  • stars, coins, lives, and life-regeneration timestamps;
  • missions, challenges, streaks, and attempts;
  • skins, themes, pin styles, trails, and other inventory items;
  • language, sound, vibration, and reduced-motion settings;
  • Analytics and Crash Reporting choices and whether a consent choice has been made;
  • local entitlements resulting from purchases, such as Remove Ads or available paid skips.

4. Firebase Analytics — optional

With the user's consent, Oratio games may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand in aggregate how they are used and to improve level balance, performance, and the overall experience.

Depending on the SDK configuration and operation, the following may be processed:

We do not send a player's name, email address, telephone number, or an Oratio-account User ID to Firebase Analytics because Oratio games do not use accounts.

Analytics is disabled by default. It can be enabled or disabled at any time under Settings → Analytics. Disabling it stops future collection from the application; information already collected is retained and deleted according to the retention settings of the Google Analytics property and Google's policies.

  • a randomly generated app-instance identifier;
  • events such as first open, session start, session duration, and technical application interactions;
  • application version, device model, operating-system version, and similar technical information;
  • approximate country or region derived from technical information such as the IP address;
  • Oratio-defined events, for example applying privacy choices or measuring the performance of game features;
  • purchase information automatically reported by the platform where applicable.

5. Firebase Crashlytics — optional

With the user's consent, Oratio games may use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and ANR problems.

Crashlytics may process:

Crash Reporting is disabled by default and can be controlled separately under Settings → Crash Reporting. When disabled, the application requests deletion of unsent reports. According to information published by Firebase, Crashlytics generally retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning their removal.

  • stack traces and error details;
  • relevant application state at the time of an error;
  • application version and technical device and operating-system metadata;
  • Firebase and Crashlytics installation identifiers;
  • session information and technical actions immediately preceding an error;
  • developer-defined technical keys and logs, without intentionally including direct identifiers.

6. Google AdMob and advertising consent

Oratio games may use Google AdMob for:

Depending on consent, region, and device settings, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:

Where required, the application uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage choices concerning personalized ads, non-personalized ads, and related purposes. Non-personalized ads may still use limited data for delivery, measurement, frequency capping, security, and fraud prevention.

Ads are not requested before UMP confirms that requests are allowed. Choices can be reviewed under Settings → Privacy options. The Advertising ID can be reset or deleted through Android settings, depending on the device version.

The Remove Ads purchase removes automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because the user decides whether to watch them in exchange for the stated reward.

  • rewarded ads, displayed only after a clear user action in exchange for the reward described in the game;
  • interstitial ads displayed only at natural breaks and according to a frequency controlled by the game;
  • ad-performance measurement, fraud prevention, and limiting inappropriate delivery;
  • the IP address, which can indicate a device's general location;
  • product and advertising interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views;
  • diagnostic, performance, and SDK-operation information;
  • device and application identifiers, including the Advertising ID and App Set ID where available and permitted.

7. Google Play purchases

Digital products such as coin packs, Remove Ads, and paid skips are processed through Google Play Billing.

Google handles payment and full payment-card details. The application may receive technical data needed to process a purchase, such as product ID, purchase state, purchase time, purchase token, and acknowledgement or consumption information. This information is used to deliver the purchased benefit, restore eligible products, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with accounting or legal obligations.

Oratio games do not use prices personalized through automated decision-making. Purchases are optional and subject to Google Play's terms.

8. Website and support data

The website does not create user accounts or track precise location. Depending on your actions, we may process:

Do not include passwords, full payment information, or other sensitive data that is not necessary to resolve your request in support messages.

  • contact-form data: name, email address, category, and message content;
  • limited technical data required for security, such as an IP address temporarily used to rate-limit automated requests;
  • language preference, cookie choice, and, if you accept Analytics, aggregated website-usage data;
  • limited order or transaction information made available to the developer by Google Play, without full payment-card details.

10. Providers and recipients

Data may be accessed only by authorised personnel and providers needed to operate the services:

Depending on the service and context, providers may act as processors or independent controllers under their own terms. We do not directly sell personal data for money. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention in accordance with the user's choices and Google's policies.

Further information is available in the provider policies below.

  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — Google Play, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AdMob, UMP, and Android services;
  • Vercel — website hosting and Web Analytics;
  • Resend — delivery of messages submitted through the contact form;
  • Upstash — technical functions such as contact-request numbering or rate limiting.

11. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where required, legally recognised safeguards are used, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, and supplementary measures made available by the providers.

12. Retention

  • local game data is retained until progress is reset, application data is cleared, the application is uninstalled, or an Android backup is removed;
  • Analytics information is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings and Google's policies;
  • Crashlytics generally retains reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before removal;
  • advertising information is retained according to settings, consent, and Google's policies;
  • support messages are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet legal obligations;
  • transaction records may be kept for periods required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law.

13. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and may object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent in the application or contact us using the Privacy category.

Because Oratio games do not use a proprietary account and progress is stored locally, we may be unable to remotely identify or associate information with a particular device. Use the reset and deletion controls provided by the application and Android for local data.

You may lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the competent authority where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve your request.

14. Children

Oratio games do not ask the player for a name, email address, telephone number, or profile creation. If you are below the age at which you can provide consent under applicable law, use the application and make purchases only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians can disable Analytics and Crash Reporting, change advertising choices, restrict purchases through Google Play controls, and contact us if they believe a child submitted personal information through the support form.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Communication with Google services and other providers uses encrypted connections in transit. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.

16. Changes

We may update this policy when applications, providers, features, or legal obligations change. The current version and last-updated date will be published on this page. For material changes, we may display a notice in the application or on the website.

17. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page on the Oratio website and select the Privacy category.
